The board of directors held a special meeting to vote the resolution to the acquisition of the domestic water system from Nordic Ranches Water LLC.

When: December 9th 7:00 – 8:00 pm

After about an hour of questions and answers the meeting was adjourned.

We asked 2 community members to stay after and help open mail in ballots and independently count the votes. With overwhelming results of those that voted, the community approved the resolution to have the board move forward with the purchase of the water system and it’s assets.

Final vote tally is:

For – 100
Against – 5
Present – 2
